 |
Paul's stay in Thessalonica was brief but action packed. He preached at the synogogue
for three Sabbaths. The town was torn in half. A conflict broke out among
the many who believed in Jesus, and the many who didn't. Paul soon left the city, but
sent Timothy back not long afterwards. Timothy found the church there to be growing
despite persecution. This is one of the most encouraging of all Paul's letters, having
little to correct, and much to be thankful for.
